Sizing & Fitting Instructions
Q: Should I wear socks or stockings?
A: MoovBoots® are designed to be worn barefoot to maximize the cushioning and warmth of sheepskin. You can wear MoovBoot's with socks or stockings but we recommend you choose a product made from natural fibers as opposed to synthetic.
Q: What size MoovBoot should I choose?
A: MoovBoots are sized in US standard sizes as well as other internation standards. If you are a half size, have wide feet or a high instep please moov up a size.
Q: I have slightly larger calves; will the Tall MoovBoot fit?
MoovBoots® are a slim fit so if you have wider calves than normal; opt for the mid calf option. Please check size circumferences below to be on the safe side when ordering.
Q: Should my MoovBoots be Snug when I first wear them?
A: Your MoovBoots® should be snug, but not uncomfortable. MoovBoots® will give a bit as they mold to your feet after being worn a few times. If you are unsure wear them for a period of time inside on a soft surface such as carpet to see if the stretch.
Wear & Care
Q: How do I clean my MoovBoots®?
A: Unless otherwise indicated all MoovBoots® can be externally cleaned using traditional cleaning methods. Please do not use chemicals to wash the external rubber, we recommend using cold to warm water only.

Q: What is the best way to look after my innersoles?
A: Always take out your innersoles after a day of walking. They are removable, so take them out and let them naturally air in a warm and dry environment.
Q: Can I wash the wool?
A: Please remember that Australian Merino is a natural product. Each skin is unique and doesn't take to cleaning chemicals or machine-washing well. Please just dry them out and keep them in an indoor environment.

Warranty
All MoovBoots are warrantied for 1 year from Date of Purchase for material defects or workmanship. We reserve the right to inspect the boots proir to any warranty claim being completed.
